  Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

  AED training teaches how to recognise life threatening cardiac arrhythmias and treat them with a defibrillator.

Fire Extinguisher Awareness

Fire Extinguisher Awareness training teaches how to recognise the different types of extinguisher. A practical demonstration on fire extinguisher useage is available.

Paediatric Life Support

Paediatric Basic Life Support training teaches how to care for ill or injured babies and children. It teaches how to recogniseand treat common medical conditions such as asthma and seizures. This course is aimed at those people who look after babies and children.

Basic Food Hygiene

The Basic Food Hygiene Certificate of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) is a first-level qualification in food hygiene and is nationally recognised.

Manual Handling

Attendees to this training course will understand the cause of fatigue, strain and injury and be aware of the parts of the body, which are most at risk when lifting. They will also understand the six key principles of safe handling and lifting.

First Aid in-house

Means that the course is for your staff & you provide the venue and we supply the trainer/s.and all first aid training items required.

Open First Aid Courses

We hire a venue and advertise the course. You can book from 1 to any number of candidates on the course.

COSHH

COSHH stands for Control of Substances Hazardous to Health. COSHH awareness training teaches an understanding of chemicals and other substances that may cause ill health.

Emergency First Aid

Emergency First Aid training teaches a person how to cope in a crisis and administer emergency first aid in emergencies. The appointed first aider can deal with injury and illness while waiting for emergency services.

CPR

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation is an emergency procedure for people in cardiac arrest.

First Aid at Work

First Aid at Work and Emergency First Aid at Work are HSE-approved courses for people wishing to undertake first aid duties at work. The 3-day First Aid at Work are for people with a larger number of staff or those in higher-risk activities.

Auto Injector

Auto injection pen for administering controlled drugs (e.g. EpiPen)
