Everyone who works with food needs to update their food hygiene knowledge occasionally to make sure that they are working to the current law and accepted good practices. The overall aims of the Food Hygiene Awareness training course is to remind candidates about how to work with food in a hygienic manner that prevents contamination and protects consumers from food poisoning, and to ensure that they are understand the key aspects of current legislation, good practice and food safety issues.
This is a 3 hour course.
